SPECIAL KECHI CITY COUNCIL MEETING

November 23, 2009

7:00 P.M.

Mayor, Robert Jackson called the Special meeting of the Kechi City Council to order, the time was 7:00 PM.   This meeting was called for discussion of non-elected personnel.

Council Present:  Virginia Riemann, Kevin Opat, Debbie Jacobs, Russell Yost, David McConnaughhay

Staff Present:  Delitta DeGruson, Deputy City Clerk; Mark Tallman, City Administrator; Norman Manley, City Attorney,  Jason Doll, Chief of Police

Visitors Present: Rick Eberhard, Dennis McKay, Chris Hunter, Ark Valley News

I.    CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

A.  PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

• 2. APPROVE AGENDA

Motion by Russell Yost to approve the agenda.  Second by Virginia Riemann.  Motion carried 5-0-0

• • II.  Executive Session-Personnel Matters

• • Motion by Kevin Opat to go into executive session for 30 minutes and to include the Chief of Police, City Attorney,

• • & City Administrator  Second by Russell Yost.  Motion carried 5-0-0.  The time was 7:05 PM

• • Motion by Virginia Riemann to go back into executive session for an additional 30 minutes for personnel matters.

• • Second by Russell Yost.  Motion carried 5-0-0  The time was 7:37PM

III.  ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Virginia Riemann to adjourn.  Second by Russell Yost.  Motion carried 5-0-0. The time  was 8: 12 PM.
