SPECIAL MEETING OF THE KECHI CITY COUNCIL
MAY 21, 2012 6 PM

The Mayor called the special meeting of the city council to order at 6 PM. This meeting was called to interview and discuss candidates for the Chief of Police position.

Council Present: Kevin Opat, Debbie Jacobs, David McConnaughhay & Brian Adams. Councilperson, Riemann entered the meeting at 8:20 PM.

Motion by Debbie Jacobs to go into executive session until 9:45 for the purpose of discussing non-elected personnel.  Second by David McConnaughhay.  Motion carried 4-0-0.

Council came out of executive session at 9:45 PM for discussion. No action was taken.

Motion by Virginia Riemann to adjourn. Second by Debbie Jacobs. Motion carried 5-0-0. The time was 10:07 PM
