NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 18, 2010, the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Kechi, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at the City Hall in Kechi Kansas:
Case No. BZA-CU-2010-02 Viola Phinney Burling, pursuant to Section 10-108 if the City Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception to permit the establishment of a 7'to 8' metal fence along the south of the existing building on property zoned as the C-3 Commercial District.
