TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to K.S.A. 12-747 (b) that the Kechi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 26, 2008, at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing comments on the proposed adoption of the Comprehensive Development Plan for the Kechi Area, Kansas: 2008-2020. The Plan covers the Planning Area which comprises the City of Kechi plus certain surrounding area in Kechi, Payne and Grant Townships, all in Sedgwick County, Kansas. The Planning area as described therein is 8 miles North-South and 6 miles East –West for a total of 42 square miles. The hearing will be held in the Council Room at the City Hall, 220 W. Kechi Road (61st Street), Kechi, Kansas. Said public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice. Read More>> |
